Principal Accountant

Thomas Lo, the founder of Alliance Resources Company, LLC has more than two decades of experience in Accounting and Taxation as Principal Accountant and seasoned Tax Preparer in preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, audit schedules, income tax for individuals, partnerships, and small businesses. In addition, the Principal Accountant has provided services in fund accounting for municipalities in budget proposal, financial statements preparation, and projects management for the past 24 years. Since 2009, Mr. Lo has started the contract work for a number of CPA firms to performing audit for their clients on need basis. With an array of diversified experience, our Principal Accountant is delighted to provide the above mentioned services for our potential clients.

The clients' success is our success. Our reputation is built on satisfied clients for services we provided them. We are not satisfied until our clients are.
The firm has started the business in July 1998 as a Sole Proprietor offering services in accounting and tax for individuals and small businesses. In late 2009, the firm has contracted with a number of CPA firms to performing audit for their clients on need basis, in addition to our accounting and tax services. In September 10, 2018, the firm has formed as LLC from Sole Proprietor to providing services in accounting, tax, audit, and small business consulting.
We are a SBE (Small Business Enterprise) #7978, and DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) CUCP #4599 certified firm by LA County Metro.
